Melbourne Diary: Food and Places

Over this past weekend, Nuffnang kindly sponsored me and a couple of Sydney bloggers to  attend a bloggers event in Melbourne. As a result, the only money I spent was on food and taxis. That allowed for a generous budget in which I ate at least 4 meals a day and I refused to use my legs for walking. I spent my 3 days hanging out with friends John, Michael and Nhat. Michael used to be a local so he took me to the absolute best of the best of food there. Note Auction Rooms, Twenty & Six Espresso, Koko Black, Laksa King, Hutong Dumpling Bar and Chin Chin. I ate like a Queen and he, a King.
I lied though. I did use my legs for walking. I walked from the taxi to the doors of restaurants, bars and hotels. On the way I just happened to see some amazing sights - hand made signs, flowers enveloping benches and tall tall buildings.
