Wearing: Running Bare's Bionic Act Back Tank (Strawbcake colour) and Rock It Tights (Black/Purple Colour) thanks to Running Bare; Wellbeing's Fitness Magazine from Universal Magazines
Hmmm Fitness. Alot of my friend's know that I gave up gym a long long time ago since I quit my 9-5 job and started living a shiftwork/blog lifestyle.
I dabbled here and there in beach yoga, P90x, running, rock climbing, dancing and bike riding over the past year but I just can't seem to commit to something solid. I live a crazy *yolo* lifestyle because I finish at random times for work and blogging is a *drop everything and ignore everyone when you get inspired* type of thing.
But sometimes the universe sends you signs that you need to be healthier and fitter. Well I certainly felt the jiggling of my thighs and stomach.
So I found myself at the MIND BODY SPIRIT festival and began flicking through this fantastic Fitness Magazine from Wellbeing. WellBeing Fitness is a one-off bookazine that examines the different elements of fitness, from walking to weightlifting to martial arts, from a holistic perspective. It so simply, put into big pictures and easy words, the different types of exercises out there and the benefits. I had an encyclopaedia in my hands; for beginners to the advanced stages. And I was impressed.
And a few weeks ago, Running Bare had an amazing 30th Birthday celebration I attended and Instagram'ed furiously about. I got given some of the best gym wear I've ever seen and attended an intense but satisfying TRX Yoga session at Flow Athletic. The gear from Running Bare was light-weight, fun and supported me well.
With all this combined, I think I can be on a good healthy path from now on. Putting down the chocolate, I'll instead read the Wellbeing Fitness magazine and choose the best type of exercise for myself. And then be comforted by the fact that I'll be stylish at the same time with the supportive, strong and fun Running Bare gear.

Cute combination of black and hot pink. Seems to be comfortable as well. I will definitely shop for Carbon 38 workout clothes for our gym classes before summers. Looking for water resistant stuff and perfectly fit leg wear that stay hold on the waist and thighs greatly. Will order them in a day or so to get them on time.
